This is another great Sean Covey book.  A Best Seller.  "Sean shows teens how to succeed in school, make good friends, get along with parents, wisely handle dating and sex issues, avoid or overcome addictions, build self-esteem, and much more."   Should help you, right?


So here's a great "sit back and listen" Meditation.  You've never Meditated before??  Not to worry.  It's simple and very rewarding.  It's not very long and should really help with any challenge you might be facing.  Put on earbuds or headphones, find a time when you can be alone—and just listen.
