Do these self-defeating thoughts cause you to be depressed, stressed or anxious?lazy-1458443_640

  • Do these negative thoughts get in the way of your enjoyment of life?
  • Screw up your social life?
  • Keep you from getting good grades?
  • Sometimes make you wish you were dead?

Don't worry—THERE'S HOPE!
Without even having to leave your home, there are proven tools that can turn your thoughts around and help you live a great life.  Books, Meditations (seriously), Videos—targeted towards YOU and your challenges.

You'll be able to find your passion in life—and follow it.

This Sean Covey book "…provides a simple approach to help teens improve self-image, build friendships, resist peer pressure, achieve their goals, and get along with their parents, as well as tackle the new challenges of our time, like cyberbullying and social media."   Good stuff.  It's cheap.  Check it out.

This is another great Sean Covey book.  A Best Seller.  "Sean shows teens how to succeed in school, make good friends, get along with parents, wisely handle dating and sex issues, avoid or overcome addictions, build self-esteem, and much more."   Should help you, right?

So here's a great "sit back and listen" Meditation.  You've never Meditated before??  Not to worry.  It's simple and very rewarding.  It's not very long and should really help with any challenge you might be facing.  Put on earbuds or headphones, find a time when you can be alone—and just listen.
Enjoy!
