PTSD & Trauma Relief! Healing Meditation Music with Theta Waves and Binaural Beats

Rather than a "Guided Meditation", the following Meditation has enhanced music with Theta Waves and Binaural Beats embedded in it. Listen to this Meditation music while you relax, work, go to sleep—whatever.  (Just don't listen to it while driving or operating equipment.)  It's best to listen with headphones or earbuds when you're alone and have no distractions. 
As binaural beats only work with stereo headphones or earbuds, please use them when listening.

"The word binaural means "having or relating to two ears." It works like this: each ear receives a slightly different frequency at the same time, and the brain perceives the tone that is the difference of the two. If 400Hz pulses into one ear and 410 into the other, the brain will process the two sounds into a 10 Hz frequency, which happens to be the same frequency produced by the brain during meditation."
