Losing a Loved One – Dealing With Grief From Loss of a Human, Pet or Animal

I recently lost a dear, sweet, funny, intelligent, beautiful friend.  
She was so full of life and energy—it's hard to believe she's gone.  honor-1389241_640

My friend became very sick and died within a day.  Maybe her passing would have been easier if she had been sick for a while—or maybe it wouldn't have been easier to accept—but she's gone and her passing has left a big hole in so many lives.

Dealing with grief can be very difficult.  Some folks do it alone. Others reach out for help.  In any event, you have many options and you must decide, for yourself, how you will process your grief.
Meditation can support you with your journey through grief and help you go on with your life.

"Grief Relief" is a flower essence that comes highly recommended. Try some. It could possibly help with your healing process. It certainly can't hurt!
