Just what are Theta Waves and how can they benefit us?
Theta brainwaves (3 to 8 Hz) occur most often in sleep but are also found in a deep mental state while meditating. It acts as our gateway to learning and memory. In Theta, our senses are withdrawn from the chatter of the external world and focused on signals originating from within.
